Give baby a dose of euro summer with this gazpacho puree
Ingredients
- 45g tomato
- 45g capsicum
- 45g cucumber
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Place 45g tomato (seedless) cut into 1cm cubes in the steamer basket
Step 2
Place 45g capsicum (seedless) cut into 1cm cubes in the steamer basket
Step 3
Place 45g of peeled cucumber, cut into 1cm cubes, in the steamer basket
Step 4
Pour water into the steamer (max level) and start steaming
Step 5
Remove the steam basket and reserve the cooking juices
Step 6
Place the contents of the basket in the bowl
Step 7
Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil to the bowl
Step 8
Add 15ml cooking juice to the bowl
Step 9
Blend the contents of the bowl
