INGREDIENTS
1 cup/90g rolled oats
4 tbsp milled flaxseed
4 tbsp desiccated coconut
4 tbsp chopped sunflower seeds
8 tbsp sunflower seed butter
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all of the ingredients to the blending bowl of the Babycook and blitz to combine.
2. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and then roll into balls using your hands.
3. These can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months.
