Throw your hands up for infused oils! Of course olive oil is delicious on its own, but spicing it up every now and again can be deliciously rewarding. Here's how to make one of our favourite combos.
- 1 lemon slice
- 3 basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- First, find your olive oil of choice. Fill up your glass container, leaving about 1/2 inch of space.
- Place the lemon, basil, and garlic in the glass container.
- Place in the fridge and let it work its magic!
- Leave infused for up to a week. Don't worry about about spoiling, as the olive oil preserves the infusion ingredients. p.s. make sure to return it to the fridge after each use.
