Homemade Fruit Leather in our Dry n' Snack Food Dehydrator!
Time to prepare some healthy snacks for school and after school! Try this fruit leather! It's the best treat packed with vitamins! Also, you can control the sweetness yourself 😋
How to make:
2, Steam fruits in Babycook and blend to puree, add a little lemon and sweetener of choice to preserve the mixture better
3, Line the tray with baking paper, pour in the puree
4, Dehydrate for 60°C for 6 -8 hours, When the leathers are dried, they will be a little bit shiny and non-sticky to the touch. Allow them to cool before removing them from the trays.
5, Roll the leather into a tight roll and cut them. Store in air-tight container.
