Warming times vary depending on bottle material, size, and the starting temperature of the milk, so the timings below are a guide rather than a fixed rule. Water Bath mode takes approximately 5–8 minutes for a standard bottle at room temperature. Fast Steam mode can heat a bottle in around 2–3 minutes. Defrost mode, which also reheats to body temperature, takes longer — typically 10–20 minutes depending on the volume and whether the milk is fully frozen. Sterilise mode completes in 10 minutes. The machine beeps five times when the cycle is done and has an automatic shut-off, so you don't need to watch it

The removable parts — including the basket and steam dome can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. The heating unit itself should never be submerged in water and is not dishwasher safe. Because the machine uses water to generate steam, mineral deposits from tap water will gradually build up inside the reservoir. If you live in a hard water area (which includes much of metropolitan Australia), descaling every 2–4 weeks with a water and white vinegar solution is recommended to keep the machine heating efficiently and extend its lifespan. Using filtered or low-mineral water for daily use can reduce how often descaling is needed
