The Zen+ features a 4.3" high definition colour screen on the parent unit, giving you an excellent enhanced image without needing to squint at a small display. The auto-rotating camera is equipped with an infrared LED and movement detectors, providing panoramic coverage with night vision for optimum monitoring day and night. The camera rotates 270° side to side and 90° up and down, giving you a wide sweep of the nursery that you can control remotely from the parent unit without entering the room. This is particularly useful for checking on a baby who has rolled or moved during sleep without disturbing them. The infrared night vision activates automatically in low light, so you get a clear, usable image even in a completely dark room not just a murky outline

The Zen+ covers the features parents use most on a daily basis without an overwhelming number of settings to navigate. It includes a walkie-talkie function, a thermometer with temperature sensor, an alarm, a mealtime timer, 2x zoom, and four lullabies — all accessible through a simplified, integrated menu designed for smooth navigation. The temperature sensor is especially useful in Australia, where room temperature can shift significantly overnight, and keeping the nursery within the recommended safe sleep range (16–20°C) is an important part of safe sleep practice. The motion sensor adds an extra layer of security by alerting parents to any movement in the baby's room, so you're notified of wake events even before your baby makes a sound. Up to four cameras can be paired to the parent unit, making it future-proof for growing families or monitoring multiple rooms — though note that cameras cannot be displayed simultaneously on the screen

The Zen+ operates entirely without Wi-Fi it uses a secure direct wireless connection between the camera and parent unit, with no app, internet connection, or smart home setup required. This makes it genuinely simple to use from day one and eliminates any concerns about network security, connectivity dropouts, or what happens if your Wi-Fi goes down in the middle of the night. The wireless parent unit runs on a rechargeable lithium battery, offering 4 hours of autonomy in continuous use and 8 hours in fragmented use the fragmented figure being the more realistic estimate for overnight monitoring, where the screen dims between alerts. The range extends to 250 metres outdoors and 30 metres indoors, which is sufficient for most homes including larger Australian houses with multiple storeys or long hallways.
