There are four flow options: Adaptable Flow (A), which lets more or less liquid through depending on how strongly your baby sucks — specifically designed for breastfed babies, from 0 months; Slow Flow (S), which delivers a limited flow ideal for the first few days of a newborn's life, from 0 months; Medium Flow (M), suitable for milk, juice, and thin purees, from 3 months; and Dense Flow (L), which allows thicker liquids through and is recommended from 6 months. No the Zero Zero teat is only compatible with the Zero Zero bottle. The teat's asymmetrical shape and the internal silicone bag system are uniquely designed to work together, so mixing parts from other brands won't give you the same fit, seal, or anti-colic performance. Replacement teats in all four flow rates are available to purchase separately, so you don't need to replace the whole bottle as your baby grows

Disassemble the bottle completely before washing — remove the nipple from the screw ring, take off the protective cap, and remove the internal anti-colic silicone pouch. The bottle can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. The nipple should be washed by hand only. Do not use any disinfectants that contain alcohol. To sterilise, fully submerge all parts in boiling water for 5 minutes, or use a steriliser. A quick rinse with cold water immediately after each feed makes deep cleaning much easier and prevents dried milk from building up inside the bottle
