- 20 grams of apple

STEP BY STEP RECIPE
- Peel the apples, wash them, cut them in half and remove the pips. Cut into 1cm cubes.
- Peel the pears, wash them, cut them in half and remove the pips. Cut into 1cm cubes.
- Place the apple and pear in the babycook steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
