Carrot, Honey & Ginger Puree

Looking for an immune boosting puree for your little one during winter? You must try this delish puree to boost those vitamin C levels! This Carrot Honey Ginger Puree is both soothing, healthy and tasty for baby. A must-make during winter time! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large carrots 
  • 1 pinch ginger (ground) 
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 drizzle olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and chop the carrots. Place the carrots into the Babycook steam basket, with the ginger on top.
  2. Fill to water level three and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, place the carrots and ginger into the blending bowl.
  4. Add in the honey and olive oil and blend slightly, leaving a thicker consistency.
  5. Enjoy!
