- 2 large carrots
- 1 pinch ginger (ground)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 drizzle olive oil
- Peel and chop the carrots. Place the carrots into the Babycook steam basket, with the ginger on top.
- Fill to water level three and cook for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, place the carrots and ginger into the blending bowl.
- Add in the honey and olive oil and blend slightly, leaving a thicker consistency.
